Next Generation Ultra Low NOx (CUBL) <25 ppm NOx
Callidus CUBL process burners provide value to the refining and petrochemical industry by offering significant NOx reduction, maximum duty, excellent flame stability, wide turndown range and a reduced physical footprint.

Callidus Technologies by Honeywell offers a comprehensive range of next generation process burners for nearly every refining and petrochemical fired heater application. The advanced CUBL series of burners are specifically designed for each customer's individual application and ensure maximum operational performance with minimum environmental impact. The CUBL series of burners employ five different design platforms:

  • The CUBL achieves reduced NOx levels of 10-20 ppmv without any additional technologies.
  • The CUBLF is designed for cracking and coking applications and is suitable for firing up a wall, across the floor or free standing within the furnace.
  • The CUBL-DF uses separate manifolds to fire PSA or off-gases resulting in improved exit velocities, minimal flame leaning and extremely low NOx levels in reformer applications for hydrogen, ammonia and methanol applications.
  • The CUBLX utilizes pre-mix technology to provide outstanding performance in furnaces with low draft operations, short radiant box heights, tight burner-to-burner spacing or challenging internal currents.
  • The CUBL-HC is designed for use in high capacity, forced draft applications in which there is a need for large heat releases and shorter flames than traditional ultra-low NOx burners.
As a leader in advanced process burner technology, the Callidus CUBL series of burners provide reduced emissions, extended heater run length and longer tube life. Consider the CUBL burners for both new construction and retrofit ongoing operations.
