Marine Terminal Vapor Combustion Systems
The Marine Loading Terminal Vapor Combustion System is comprised of the Dock Safety Equipment, Vapor Moving System, Destruction System and an Integrated Control System. Callidus systems are found at major marine loading facilities on both coasts as well as the Gulf of Mexico.
These systems range in size from 2,000 BPH to 25,000 BPH loading rate. Systems include both open and enclosed combustion devices, multi-dock arrangements, nitrogen inerting and, hydrocarbon enriching schemes.
The Callidus design not only meets, but exceeds, the U.S. Coast Guard safety and process design criteria. Callidus has developed standardized designs that provide a quick and cost effective solution to short lead time projects. Our unique design approach allows us to easily adjust for a customer's site specific requirements.
Callidus has the capability to furnish engineering and equipment for the entire system or to work with other parties and integrate an individual component into the overall system. Certification has been achieved on the first try on systems where Callidus designed, engineered and manufactured the entire system.
